Place the candle on a flat, secure surface.
After lighting, allow the wax to melt until the entire surface is liquid for proper burning (this prevents tunneling).
Do not leave a burning candle unattended.

Trim the wick if it exceeds 1 cm to avoid black deposits or a large flame.
Extinguish the candle when less than 1 cm of wax remains at the bottom of the container to prevent overheating.
